Energy for Tomorrow posts record participation
We Energies posted a year-end press release on its "green power" program, Energy for Tomorrow:
MILWAUKEE - We Energies today announced record participation in its Energy for Tomorrow program during 2005. The company recorded an increase of 20 percent in renewable energy sales over 2004 levels, to more than 50 million kilowatt-hours of renewable energy.
We Energies provides business and residential customers the option of purchasing electricity from renewable energy resources such as wind, hydro and biomass through its Energy for Tomorrow program.
