And he wants the rest of corporate America to pay more too.<br \/>\nIn his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berkshirehathaway.com\/letters\/2003ltr.pdf\">annual letter [196K PDF]<\/a> to shareholders of his Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
