I glanced around and noticed a rather dark, large smoke plume originating to my west.  <\/p>\n<p>While in traffic, my first thought was that the Sylvee had gone up in flames. The source turned out to be <a href=\"https:\/\/madison.com\/wsj\/news\/local\/cause-of-mge-substation-explosion-fire-still-unknown-local-businesses\/article_e757599a-fbb1-5975-a019-9c42cd8c8237.html\">a Madison Gas &#038; Electric substation<\/a>.  Fortunately, no one was injured.
