Strolling down <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=%22Boulder+Pearl+Street%22&#038;sourceid=mozilla-search&#038;start=0&#038;start=0&#038;ie=utf-8&#038;oe=utf-8\">Pearl Street<\/a>, which in many respects is similar to our own State Street, on a pleasant fall day quickly illustrated the ongoing challenge of retail chain encroachment&#8230;..<br \/>\nI wonder if a similar fate awaits State Street?
