However and unfortunately, the financial spaghetti behind its birth is complicated and controversial, particularly at this moment when Overture&#8217;s parent lacks liquidity to fund the project&#8217;s remaining debt.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, the facility is simply stunning. Give <a href=\"http:\/\/clusty.com\/search?input-form=clusty-simple&#038;v%3Asources=webplus&#038;query=%22lloyd+blankfein%22\">Goldman Sachs Lloyd Blankfein<\/a> a call.
