The Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee approved the bill Thursday.<br \/>\nSpyblock, sponsored by Senator Conrad Burns, a Montana Republican, would prohibit hackers from remotely taking over a computer and prohibit programs that hijack Web browsers.
