Senator Kohl:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p> <i>\u201cPreying on the elderly is certainly nothing new\u201d, said Kohl, \u201cbut in a day and age where many seniors are not technologically savvy, con artists have an easier time collecting personal information and using it to swindle a person out of their life savings.\u201d <\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ironically, Senator Kohl&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zmetro.com\/archives\/002340.php\">support<\/a> of the recent National ID Act will simply make this problem worse, much worse.
