I recalled this conversation while reading Mike Ivey&#8217;s recent column: &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.madison.com\/tct\/opinion\/column\/ivey\/\/index.php?ntid=46573&#038;ntpid=2\">One Sprawl Project Begets Another<\/a>&#8220;.
