A Spring, 2006 Trip to Southwest Utah

We just completed a splendid trip to Southwest Utah, home of Capitol Reef, Bryce and Zion National Parks and the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument; among many other interesting places.

Our journey included:

The drive from Salt Lake City to Torrey, a day in Torrey, Capitol Reef National Park, Boulder, A hike in Lower Calf Creek Canyon (with a gorgeous waterfall), a drive up to Hell's Backbone bridge, a stop at the Kiva Koffeehouse, Grovsner Arch, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon's North Rim and Zion National Park.
