There was a short line at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ci.madison.wi.us\/clerk\/index.html\">city clerk&#8217;s office<\/a>.   No ID checks (I don&#8217;t think this is required in WI, but it&#8217;s easy to see how this could be a real problem).
