It has violated the Constitution it is sworn to defend.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s the money quote in Judge Kaplan\u2019s stunning <a href=\"http:\/\/wsj.com\/public\/resources\/documents\/ruling-kpmg-20060627.pdf\">88-page opinion<\/a>, in which he found that prosecutors violated the constitutional rights of a group of former KPMG partners by pressuring the firm not to pay their legal bills.
