You may also want to look for answers on our FAQ at<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/www.google.com\/apis\/api_faq.html<br \/>\nIF YOU SAW A SERVER ERROR:<br \/>\nOccasionally, the Google Web APIs servers are taken down<br \/>\ntemporarily for<br \/>\nmaintenance purposes. If you see a server error, please wait a few<br \/>\nhours<br \/>\nand try your query or your license key request again.<br \/>\nIF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR LICENSE KEY:<br \/>\nIf you didn’t receive your license key, it’s likely that the email<br \/>\ncontaining the key was caught by a spam or bulk mail filter in your<br \/>\nemail<br \/>\nsystem. You may want to check your account’s filter to see if the<br \/>\nemail is<br \/>\nthere.<br \/>\nIf you can’t find your key, you can have it re-sent. Please note<br \/>\nthat your<br \/>\nbrowser must accept cookies for this process to work. Enter your email address and<br \/>\npassword, and Google will re-send your key.<br \/>\nIf you still do not receive your key, a network or other filter may be<br \/>\ndeleting it before it ever reaches your inbox. You may want to contact<br \/>\nyour system administrator.
